              Candlelit Sound Journey Meditation
TIME: 7pm onwards
Bathe in the vibrations of healing instruments; Tibetan Bowls, Drums, Chimes and more…. Let the instruments take you on a journey, to relaxation and restoration.
Sound meditation uses vibrational healing methods to encourage relaxation and to quieten the mind. The frequencies and vibrations permeate and activate every cell and fibre of your body, creating a deep sense of relaxation and calmness.
This is a time to relax, reflect, reconnect and replenish. You will enter a world of vibration, frequency, sensation and experience. The results are waves of peace, heightened awareness, and relaxation of the mind, body and spirit.
Cautions- not suitable for:
the first trimester of pregnancy
pace makers or other implants
serious heart conditions
acute or serious mental health problems
sound induced epilepsy
Tinnitus and Meniere’s
it is advisable not to have a heavy meal or alcohol beforehand.
