Sound Healing is a beautiful healing modality that utilises both ancient and modern concepts.

Everything within creation vibrates at a certain frequency, when our bodies have injury or imbalance either physically or energetically by using calming frequencies and the application of vibration we can feed back to our bodies when something is out of tune.

Sound therapy, in essence, is a form of vibrational medicine. As the bodily cells vibrate at frequencies caused by the instruments used, the body naturally returns to a balanced state of harmony, releasing blockages in the life force energy. A process of cleansing and re-balancing.

Sound Healing uses different musical implements to create healing and these different instruments can achieve different outcomes.
