This is a 4 day training course and covers a variety of instruments including Tibetan Bowls, Drums and percussion, Gongs, Tuning Forks, Chimes and Crystal Bowls. We will cover:
The History of Sound Healing, how instruments have been used over the ages
Frequencies and vibrations and how they affect us
How to connect with your instruments and how to play them
Working with individuals and groups
Performing Sound Massage
Setting up a Sound Healing Space
Facilitating a Sound Journey meditation (Sound Bath)
Safety aspects
This will be a very practical and hands on course and there will be a variety of instruments to use. You are always welcome to bring along any instruments that you have…. the more, the merrier!
The four days of this course are available to book individually if you are not interested in Practitioner Training.
You will receive a course manual to take home with you and a Nurturing Tranquillity CPD certificate.
